Just a quick chat to discuss a few housekeeping issues and the new series I'm working on and a shout out to a few of my new LinkedIn buddies for helping me out solve a problem within Premiere Pro.

Hey folks, Todd.LIVE.
Hope you're having a great Monday, February 10th. For those of you who don't know me, I am Todd.LIVE. Todd Bergin is my name, Todd.LIVE is my screen name and I am a live video guy, a podcaster. And in 2020 I'm really focusing in on creating video for as many platforms as I can, but primarily YouTube.
My #ONEVIDEO Srategy that I've kind of imposed on myself is all about focusing on YouTube and getting a minimum of one video a week on YouTube and sharing with people out there the struggles with even doing just that along with the tech and the tools and everything else that comes along with it.
So, I'm going to be doing these chats on LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, or whatever. Wherever I choose to put the video. And I hope you join me today.
I want to talk a little bit about what #ONEVIDEO is to me. I have struggled with creating video content over the last few years. Um, there are so many platforms and every, every platform has a different format and requirements. And it's just so overwhelming that I really haven't been able to get behind it the way I should. And instead I've been doing podcasting and some other stuff. But here in 2020, I'm just absolutely convinced that I need to kick video's butt. And so that's my focus.
So I'm in week eight right now of the #ONEVIDEO Strategy. I have a video that I've already created for this week. It'll be my eighth video of this year on my YouTube channel, Todd.LIVE. You're welcome to check it out if you're not already connected with me over there.
And I'm, I'm just going to share with you guys my struggles with it and things I learned along the way. And as I close this video out today, I want to give a shout out to Andrew Mahar and Dustin Laidsaar. And I apologize if I get the names, if I butchered your names, but Andrew started a post on LinkedIn yesterday or the day before and tagged me in it where he was asking a question about creating videos for Instagram or, or meme style square, 1080x1080 videos. And it led to a conversation between me and Dustin that has taught me something that I have been working weeks on trying to figure out. And that is how to import an SRT file into Premier Pro and put it on the screen and customize the text.
So I'm going to be sharing that with you in the days and weeks to come - how to do that. But in the meantime, I do have a link in the comments I'm telling you where you can go on LinkedIn to find that conversation between myself, Andrew and Dustin. So that's it for today, folks. Just a quick check in a little hello, let you know that I'm doing these videos on a regular basis and I hope you join me. Take care of folks. Have a great day.
